Definition of license
Bioinforsoft LLC provides life-time licenses for FPMiner and FPPipeliner
software, and annual licenses for TargetMiner software. Two different
categories of licenses are provided for different users:
For both academic and commercial licenses, standard license and site license
are available:
Bioinforsoft LLC provides life-time licenses for FPMiner and FPPipeliner
software, and annual licenses for TargetMiner software. Two different
categories of licenses are provided for different users:
- Academic license applies to only research institutes for non-profitable
research purposes. - Commercial license applies to any commercial companies or any
profitable purposes in research institutes.
For both academic and commercial licenses, standard license and site license
are available:
- Standard license: This license is based on a single machine and
single operating system. One standard license allows you to run our
software on one machine with one operating system (Windows, Linux,
Solaris, or Mac OS X). For example, if you have duplex operation
systems (Windows and Linux) on one machine and you want to install
FPMiner software in two different operating systems, you need to buy
different license for Windows and Linux system. - Site license: A site license includes four different copies for Windows,
Linux, Unix and Mac OS X. You can install our software on any number
of machines with different operating systems at one site. "One site"
means one building or one contiguous group of buildings.
